When text has been entered for Observations in previous audits you can access and use those previous Observations and Comments in the current audits.
Procedure
1.On the Question Answer page, click the History button in the Observations section.
2.It will show the Observations dialog with the history of observations from previous Audits conducted on the same entity.
3.Click Override or Append against any of the items in the list. The Override function will replace existing text with the selected standard text; the Append function will add the selected standard text to existing text.

Available History Items
The History window will only display Comments or Observations that were entered into previous audits of the same Questionnaire and entered into the Comments or Observations box of the same question.
Permissions
The History button is visible only if related permissions are turned on for the User.
