Attachments may be added against any Audit Question. Question Attachments are files that are uploaded and associated with a selected Question. These files could be, for example:

•Photos taken during the Audit;

•Relevant documentation or legislation;

•Excel Spreadsheets containing records, such as weights/measures/temperatures/other samples;

•Sound files;

•Video files; and

•Saved report files.
