Using this functionality, the User can update multiple Entities at the same time.  

Procedure

1.Navigate to the Tasks menu on the Home page.

2.Click on the Bulk Entities Update menu.

3.The Bulk Entities page is displayed.

4.Select one or more Entities, which are required to be updated.

5.Click on the button.

6.Choose the Changes require and click on the Update button.

a.Change Entity Status To        All updated Entity will be set to this status.        

b.Add UserGroups        Selected UserGroups would be assigned to the selected Entities

c.Remove UserGroups        Selected UserGroups would be removed from the selected Entities.

d.Add Standards        Selected Standards would be assigned to the selected Entities

e.Remove Standards        Selected Standards would be removed from the selected Entities.

7. The selected Entities will be updated and you will be redirected to the Entities list page.
